The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. I have been in their MA MFA program since Aug. 2001. I will be graduating soon!

They have a very good program. Photography is only one of the disciplines. In order to keep up with the shifting needs of the students they are adding Digital Media to replace Graphic Design. Printmaking has two large studios for Intaglio and Lithography. Sculpture has it's own building, with Ceramic sharing part of that and part of another building for the Kilns. Painting has the entire fourth floor of Woods Hall.
